Magnolia Bakery of Bangalore, that’s what I call Craigsbury. I am a big fan of Craigsbury since the days of Arun. Now his daughter Aishwarya is doing a better job, she checks all the boxes. ‘Fruit cocktail’ is something I often look to buy. They have a huge fan following among my circle of friends. Many who have travelled abroad come back to tell me, ‘nothing can match your Magnolia’!! I keep telling Aishwarya that one day you will be the Shining Star in the Bangalore pastry scene. Only a few are remembered till now. The last few were Nilgiri’s & Sweet Charriot. The next big one is Craigsbury. All the best!!
